The Closeout Club ripoff, fraud, I ordered purses and wallets overstock or shelfpulls as they describe in their website they sent me a box full damaged merchandise, unsellable, absolutly garbage Miami Florida
I own a small boutique in a small town where where I sell brand names, so I 'm always looking for good deals on the internet , these people advertise themselves as the best check the website where they don't even have a comment area.
to make the story short I called them to order purses and wallets spoke to a sales person called Marcia and explained what I need and she promised me she'll send me verygood merchandise, I made it clear what I'm looking for and paid top dollar in this kind of market 13.00 a piece is a lot of money .I wired the money to the company as instructed .
first the merchandise was delayed.late waiting for new stuff and then sent, After two weeks from receiving the money 960.00 for 50 purses at 13.00 and 50 wallets at 4.00 + shipping .I received a huge box full of damaged ,garbage merchandise broken zippers rusted you name it and bunch of panty hos 45 to be specific the total count in the box was 88 pcs .damaged wallets and purses and 44 pantyhose that i never ordered and they advertise in their website at 39cent a piece.
the story doesn't end here I called and complained and marcia told me to return them there must have been a mistake so I return them ,they refuse them i speak to her manager called Debbie who appologised and refered me to the owner Mary who was very rude and upset that I sent her couple of emails complaining.
then she told me to return the merchandise for the second time claiming that the first time they didn't give me authorization code that is why the warehouse ,refused it so here we go again I returned the box with authorization code and they refused it again , I got charged by ups two times around 300.00 for the two extra trips back and forth.
now here is me 1260.00 poorer calling them again and emailing pictures of the damaged merchandise, i have couple of emails from them promises and promises and finally they stoped answering my phone calls or emails . I would like anybody to help me get these crooks scammers in any way. please help!

Ahh Marcia.
I was a victim of this ccompany also. I bout a truckload of electronics from them and every single TV was broken. cannot be sold. all were garbage. The advertise one thing and sold me another. After calling them i realize that the BL number on the load they sell me and what they advertised was different.
Kept on calling them and Marcia no longer works there.....what a great surprise that you are still working for that company. Or maybe you are Marcia, Maria, or what ever name you give yourself when troubles call im think you might be the owner.
If there are anyone who wishs to contact me feel free. Im not making this up either. Spanish speaking people works here. They Scammed me 12,000 load all trash and then told me it was wrong load.
i should have reject it. BS. you people will rot in hell. JESUS will judge you. That 12k you frauded me your kids will pay for it with there limbs or leg. some terrible car accident will happen to you and your hospital bill will be alot more than that 12k you frauded me

I BOUGHT A LOT OF CLOTHING FROM THEM AND I GOT WHAT I EXPECTED A LOT IN LIQUIDATION. PEOPLE THAT BUY FROM LIQUIDATORS HAVE TO UNDERSTAND THAT THEY SELL WHATEVER THE BIG CHAIN STORES PASS DOWN TO THEM THEY ARE JUST THE MIDDLE MAN AND THERE IS NO WAY THAT DESIGNER PURSES COST $13.00 NOT EVEN THE MANUFACTUROR COST IS THAT MUCH USUALLY IF YOU WANT TO BUY A GOOD LOT YOU HAVE TO PAY ATLEAST 50% OF THE WHOLESALE PRICE BECAUSE IF YOU DONT THEN YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. AND ALWAYS REMEMBER LIQUIDATORS MAKE PENNIES ON DOLLAR IN THESE ITEMS IT IS A GAMBLE SOMETIMES IT IS WORTH IT AND YOU MAKE MONEY AND SOMETIMES IT IS NOT. ATLEAST THEY SENT YOU SOMETHING CDM WHOLESALE STEALS FROM PEOPLE AND VANISHES TO APPEAR AGAIN AND STEAL SOME MORE AND THE FBI DOESNT DO A THING TO STOP THEM. BE AWARE! ASK THE RIGHT QUESTIONS:
IS THIS LOT RETURNS OR SHELF PULLS?
HOW MUCH PERCENTAGE OFF THE WHOLESALE PRICE AM I BUYING?
ARE THESE FROM THE FEDERATED STORES? (IF THEY ARE NOT FROM FEDERATED THEN THEY MUST BE FROM TARGET OR WALMART AND YOU DONT WANT THAT)
ARE THESE SEASONAL GOODS?
BE AWARE OF ANYONE WHO CANNOT ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS AND WHEN YOU ARE SENDING OUT A WIRE TRANSFER MAKE SURE YOU ARE SENDING IT TO A COMPANY AND NOT TO A PERSONAL ACCOUNT.

Dear Sir/Madam/Ghada,Recently I was made aware that Ghada Hamaoui from Brands 4 less utilized your site due to some merchandise she was not pleased with.Our company liquidates merchandise from America's finest stores and merchandise is availabe to them at fraction of the prices.We were made aware that Mrs. Hamaoui was not pleaseed with some of the merchanidse however, she is very well aware that merchandise is sold in as is condition prior to any money's sent to us. In fact documents are provided to customers prior to any sale made.We did refuse a shipment sent to us as there was no information as to who the originator was. Additonally our policy clearly indiates no returns or refunds. We did offer Mrs. Hamaoui a credit as a resolution as it is in our best interest to keep clients happy and have them come back again.Mrs. Hamaoui purchased the Return Fashion accessories and handbags lots . Needless to say, that when she received her order she was not pleased with some of the brands and she received some panty hose in the accessorie mix. Again the handbags are customer returns and she was to expect some damages.Our website clearly indicates customers are expected to receive an assortment of returns, pulls, clearance items.After she refused the credit I told her to ship back what she didn't like. To date we have never received the shipment. I requested her to provide us a bill of lading or tracking number as we never received nor refused the 2nd shipment. Freight companies document this infomation in which she failed to provide.She behaved in an unreasonable manner and no matter what we did try to offer, we could not reason with her.
