Transcript of Heath and Mariah Posed as ... | Happy Scribe (2024)

[00:00:00]

We are good to go, you all.

[00:00:01]

We are here, and we are starting, and we are live, and we are recording. We're patch, man. Nice.

[00:00:07]

Why would I wear orange?

[00:00:10]

Mariah, I was looking at the camera. I'm like, Why I wear yellow? Yeah, why did we do that? It's just too much. I don't know why I wore it. I'm trying to hit every shirt in my closet. I never double-dip now. You know me, I don't double-dip now.

[00:00:21]

Now you just look like a floating head above the couch.

[00:00:25]

You're good, Mariah. Don't beat yourself up too much.

[00:00:28]

I think you look great, Mr. S. Mr.

[00:00:29]

How's everybody feeling? Was today Wednesday? Wednesday.

[00:00:33]

It is Wednesday.

[00:00:34]

Vibes are on today. I'm not going to lie.

[00:00:36]

Yeah, you woke up good?

[00:00:37]

I did. I woke up. We went to the gym. We weren't feeling it on the way there or when we stepped in, but super happy we pushed through it.

[00:00:45]

That's good. You guys wake up at 7:00 in the morning for those workouts, right?

[00:00:49]

Six. You were up and at it.

[00:00:51]

Yeah.

[00:00:52]

Yeah. It feels really good, right? So good. Finally getting that slumber and being on a good track.

[00:00:57]

Yeah.

[00:00:58]

It's the best vibe. Waking up early.

[00:01:00]

What time are you falling asleep every night to wake up at 6:00 in the morning?

[00:01:04]

Midnight. I think we went to bed. Yeah, maybe around midnight. I had trouble falling asleep last night, though. I think I might have tossed and turned until 1:00.

[00:01:11]

Oh, well, that's not enough sleep.

[00:01:14]

I feel like we never do.

[00:01:16]

You're going to get those eye bags. No matter what time to go to bed.

[00:01:17]

I already got the bags.

[00:01:18]

No matter what time I go to bed, I'm always up at 3:00 in the morning, just play with Dean for a second, occupy him, walk around the house. It's crazy. Anything that has to quickly get done, and then I'll just go back to sleep. Because if I'm up, I have a hard time falling back asleep. So three o'clock, Dean's walking all over me. I'm like, All right, let's go do something.

[00:01:40]

I'm just trying to cut off not looking at TikTok before I go to bed because I'll always find something interesting, and then I'm down a f*cking rabbit hole for a whole nother hour. It's really bad. I got to read myself to sleep. So I've been reading lately. I'm reading A Court of Thorn of Roses by Sarah J.

[00:01:57]

A Court of Culpa, what? Yeah, what was that?

[00:01:58]

A Court of Thorn Roses, I think, at Qatar. What is it about? It's about this fairy land and this girl who's a human, and she has to go live with a bunch of fairies. Okay, Slay. Okay, Matt. I don't know you're into that. Apparently, it gets kinky. There's a lot of smut in it. A lot of fairy smut? I heard it kicks up in the second book, but I'm vibing with it right now. What is that? Everyone's reading this book. Are you catching yourself while reading?

[00:02:22]

Matt loves kinky things.

[00:02:22]

I like... If there is a book that everybody is reading, and I see it everywhere I go, I got I got to read it for myself.

[00:02:30]

You get FOMO. You're like, I have to see what the hype is.

[00:02:33]

Yeah, I got to see what the hype is. I got to participate in the culture to see if I want it.

[00:02:36]

What is it? It's Game of Thrones, but kinky.

[00:02:39]

That's my book.

[00:02:41]

A Court of the Corn. A Court of the Corn. Yeah. Ice cream. Yeah, I would say Game of Thrones, it's fantasy. It's almost like Lord of the Rings.

[00:02:51]

It's more fantasy than Game of Thrones.

[00:02:54]

It's got dragons.

[00:02:56]

But if you think about it, Game of Thrones is still realistic if you take away the dark spirits and dragons.

[00:03:03]

And the living dead people and the giants.

[00:03:07]

But there's Kingdoms.

[00:03:08]

The Raven. Kingdoms, people are trying to rule over one another. I'm 200 pages in, so I'm still learning the world.

[00:03:17]

I can't believe you're 200 pages in any book.

[00:03:21]

I can't imagine.

[00:03:21]

I can't imagine that.

[00:03:23]

It's the only way that calms my brain down at the end of the day. That's crazy.

[00:03:26]

I would love to try to pick up a book.

[00:03:29]

Zane, you know what? Imagine. Okay. Like a summer project. Sorry, Matt, but the three of us, we start a book club. Who the three of us try to read?

[00:03:38]

Yeah, but it's a secret. Matt finds out months later that we've been meeting up for a secret book club every month. And we just hit him.

[00:03:44]

He's like, What have you been reading? It's like Dr. Seuss. It's just like their children's book, but it's like...

[00:03:49]

One fish, two fish, three fish.

[00:03:50]

How did One Fish, Two Fish make you feel? Well, I think.

[00:03:56]

I don't know. The way he was like, numbering them and coloring them. I think he...

[00:04:02]

Oh, yeah. Well, we have a great episode ahead. We have so much to talk about, so let's roll the intro, baby.

[00:04:08]

Let's do it.

[00:04:09]

It's Cove It's All, Baby.

[00:04:11]

Let's go.

[00:04:21]

Yeah, baby. Welcome back to another episode of Unfiltered. I'm Zane. I'm Heath.

[00:04:29]

I'm I'm Mariah.

[00:04:31]

And this is our 231st episode. Welcome back.Un Unbelievable.Unbelievable..

[00:04:37]

Thanks for sticking with us for this long.

[00:04:39]

I know some of us have been on some trips lately. Matt, I think you went to three weddings since last time we saw.

[00:04:47]

I did two weddings in a row this past weekend and the weekend before.

[00:04:52]

Yes. What was this one?

[00:04:55]

This one was for our good friends, Katie and Lane. Katie and Lane. Katie Austin and Lane Armstrong, but she is now Katie Armstrong. Wait, Armstrong? Armstrong.

[00:05:06]

Like Lance? Yeah, like the Armstrong family.

[00:05:08]

Yeah, Lance Armstrong. I actually think I might be related, though, to the groom because his mother's maiden name is King, and I got to meet a bunch of other Kings at this wedding. When I walked up and they have the things that you take to know where your table is, and it's all alphabetical order. Right when I pick up mine, I see Kevin King, which is my brother's name. There's a Kevin King at this wedding. I got to meet this Kevin King. And the man next to me goes, I'm Kevin King.Oh, that's so funny. It's like, nice to meet you.

[00:05:35]

He's 75.

[00:05:36]

I think he was probably late '60s. You should do that.

[00:05:40]

Do the little... The A24. What's the-23 and me? 23andme. I would love to.Yeah, and see if you're related to them.

[00:05:48]

My dad has traced down so much of our genealogy. I would love, though, I feel like 23andMe, they can find your connection to people who are really closely related to you. But I wish the database was Tell me how much percentage I am related to you. Yeah, close to them. You. Because I feel like they only do that with celebrities on these genealogy shows. Oh, they tell Ashley Tisdale that she's related to Austin Butler or that Ed Norton is related to Pocahontas. Tell me that stuff.

[00:06:16]

They must be doing some deep... They must be overworking to get that information, though. That's something probably a system can't catch.

[00:06:23]

We're in the day of AI. Come on, let them just figure it out. But who knows the drama that would unfold, though, if they to save that information out to anybody.

[00:06:32]

Exactly. You've been to so many weddings, right? I feel like you've been to more weddings than most people I know. What is one of the few things that you've noticed in any wedding that you're like, damn, I want to do that in my wedding, or something that you saw really worked that you can share with Heath and Mariah on something maybe they can do in their wedding? Okay, Zane. I'm just trying to help out. Give me some of that. I know you all are stressed out about that, man. No, we're not. I just want to make it as easy as possible for you guys on your wedding.

[00:07:01]

Okay. I say, well, our weddings already happened. I wouldn't have changed the thing.

[00:07:04]

Yeah, not your specific, but just in general.

[00:07:06]

The one that I've noticed from the two that I've gone to in both of these couples, where I would say influencer couples, their whole business is making content. Both weddings had at least somebody on their photography or content team who was definitely taking, editing posts, and posting it like...

[00:07:26]

Live.

[00:07:27]

Live or at least the next They went through and made their-What do you mean?

[00:07:32]

They were posting it or it was being sent to them immediately to post?

[00:07:35]

I bet that they were looking through all the photos, picking all the right ones, running it by them, going, Do you like this? Do you like this? And then it went out.

[00:07:41]

While the wedding is happening?

[00:07:42]

Because for us, a lot of our photos were taken on film and they have to go and edit that. We didn't get our photos, I feel, immediately back until a month or two later. We still got some selects, but that was such a thing right after your wedding. You want to be able to... You're still entertaining people. You really don't even get time by yourself after your wedding to go through content because when you're an influencer, that takes time to sit down and go through all this sh*t. Both of these couples were so quick on the turnaround with the content. I was talking about that with Patricia. Should we have done that? Would we have liked doing that? Patricia was like, I mean, it's awesome that they had that, but I don't think it would have been really worth it that much or how necessary it is we need to turn around content.

[00:08:26]

Especially in that moment, I think the last thing I'm thinking about is content, especially if I was getting married, I know I'm going to have a couple of drinks with me. The last thing I want to do is go through photos and see what I want to post right there in the moment. I think that's a really hard thing to do.

[00:08:41]

I think both of these couples whose weddings we were at, though, one was the former bachelor. For him, the wedding is a big deal. A lot of the world is paying attention.It.

[00:08:50]

Was the Nick?Yeah, it was nick Vialle.Oh, got it. Okay.

[00:08:53]

That was very important for him to share to the world what the wedding is. Katie, I believe her was also one of those people exclusive ones, too, where they really needed to get that content out.

[00:09:05]

I think Remy did something like that, right? She had a people's exclusiveFor her proposal. For her proposal. For her proposal. Yeah, okay.

[00:09:13]

I was really impressed with that, and that was just something Patricia and I talked about. We go, Would we have liked that? I think it would have been nice for the peace of mind because right after the wedding, you're like, Oh, we got to post. Maybe I'll wait till the honey minute to really sit through and post something.

[00:09:27]

Food. Was it buffet style, family style, sit down?

[00:09:31]

What have you seen work the best with all the weddings you've been to?

[00:09:34]

I personally prefer buffet style because I think sometimes people's appetites aren't always on this same wavelength. Some people aren't hungry when you are being told to sit down. Also, the party's going on. If people want a party, go let them party. One wedding I went to was buffet style. I like that more than the sit down. But the sit down is nice because you really get to bond with the table. It does seem like there is time, though, for people to give speeches. It all depends on the rhythm of what you, as the host of your wedding, want the people to experience.

[00:10:07]

To add to that, my brother's wedding, and also there was another wedding. This one was an Indian wedding that I went to, and I think most of the time they do buffet style Indian weddings that I've been to. I've been to more Indian weddings than American weddings. They, including my brother's, buffet style I've noticed has been just the easiest and the most in the smoothest that I've People getting up. It's table by table. They'll get up so they can keep sh*t running. People making speeches and music and all that without... It makes the dinner portion, the prep, so much less of a hassle. You know when you're sitting there and everyone's getting their food, it just seems that it takes such a long time. But faced out, I felt like you got to the party much quicker. I think that made it more enjoyable in my brother's wedding.

[00:10:58]

Who doesn't love a buffet, baby? You pick what you want.

[00:11:00]

Exactly. And they'll have it out throughout the whole time so people can go back for seconds, for thirds, while people are out dancing, people get hungry.

[00:11:07]

And you RSVP so early that you're like, All right, I'll probably want chicken. And then the wedding comes around, you see someone with the steak, and you're like, Damn, I should have gotten the steak. I should have gotten the beef.

[00:11:16]

Every single time, every time, I get the wrong thing.

[00:11:19]

I'm a buffet gal.

[00:11:19]

Every time I'm on the horse. You ever lie when they come up to you, you're like, And we're having the chicken, right?

[00:11:24]

No. I didn't.

[00:11:26]

You see somebody else, you're like, No, I entered.

[00:11:30]

You know what Usually, what they'll do, they'll just give you that one for free. They'll be like, Don't worry about it.

[00:11:34]

Were they charging you at a wedding?

[00:11:36]

No, they'll just assume that it was a mistake and just bring you that second place. You get too done. You know what I mean? I like to have everything.

[00:11:43]

You get a little bit of choice, a little out of the cart.

[00:11:45]

The RSVP is just to give the chefs an idea of how much they have to make for everything. It's okay if some people switch their place.

[00:11:51]

I think they always make a little bit more just in case. That usually goes to me. Yeah.

[00:11:56]

But buffet style, through and through. I love buffet style, and I like family style. For certain things.

[00:12:02]

Oh, that's how it was at our table, actually, was family style. You got your chicken and your beef, but everything else was family style.

[00:12:09]

Yeah, I like the bringing stuff around and then you pass it, but in small groups, because if it's big, it loses order, and then you might not get something.

[00:12:20]

Some people have never done family style. We went to a wedding once where it was family style, and it was the long tables, and they were passing it. And there was a point where me, heath, and Zane didn't get any food because the people next to us were passing it across all of a sudden. So all the food was gone, and we had to ask the waiter, Do you think you can bring it?

[00:12:40]

I was pissed. I didn't get to have the ravioli. You wanted the ravioli? The ravioli. I never got to have the ravioli, and I was the most excited for ravioli because it looked amazing. And they were doing the family style where you're passing the plate over, but they kept on not passing it down because we're on the end of the table.

[00:12:57]

Yeah, I do like that style, though, especially if it's the little bits in front. Then we did go to another friend of ours' wedding who had buffet style, but four different types of food.

[00:13:09]

Yeah, they had- Which was really cool. Every corner of the room was a different style. There was a pasta station. There was an Asian station.

[00:13:16]

A taco Mexican station. That was cool so you could...

[00:13:20]

So it wasn't crowded. There was probably maybe 200 people at that wedding. It wasn't small, it wasn't big, but it was nice. Everybody was spread out. Everybody went to their styles, and it wasn't a way in line.

[00:13:31]

I also like when the food bar or whatever, the buffet situation is in a different room, too. So the whole room doesn't smell like food or just like food that's sitting out.

[00:13:43]

My brother's was in a different room. That's a nice touch. So we all go sneak into the room, grab it. Yeah, I like that.

[00:13:47]

Nice touch.

[00:13:48]

Now that you say the different genres, it sounds very expensive, but I think for my wedding, I'd want every genre of food. I know, me too. Just the taco station, Indian station.

[00:13:59]

Is it decorated like a food court? Yeah.

[00:14:01]

You know how everybody puts their money into flowers or the charcuterie board? I think mine would go all into the food. Everyone's going to be eating on paper plates. Everyone's going to be eating on like, picnic tables and all that sh*t. It's going to be real run down. But that food is going to be High-end, five-star. Yeah. Because think about it. No one's going to think about the plates. When you go to a wedding, you're going to think about what? The food, the music.

[00:14:24]

I've thought about that. I'm like, why not just plates don't matter? Yeah, You know what I mean? People just want the food and they want the dancing. If it says money-Just give them a good time. When you go to a wedding, there's things you don't really think about. People aren't like, These are really ugly flowers.

[00:14:42]

Nobody cares it. Nobody really remembers that stuff.

[00:14:44]

They're like, Is the music good? Are we having a good time?

[00:14:46]

People remember how they felt.

[00:14:48]

Yeah. Mariah, you have the most expensive steak for everyone. Everyone's so thrilled, but it's plastic fork and knives, and they can't cut through it.

[00:14:55]

They're like, sh*t. Or those utensils that are plastic, but they look metal. Yeah.

[00:14:59]

You get the sporks going on.

[00:15:02]

Cleanup would be easy. Yeah, it's so easy. Everybody just gets one sheet of a paper towel rip.

[00:15:08]

Yeah. It's a vibe.

[00:15:11]

I like it. Do it like a shrimp, like a seafood boil. All the food is just poured out on the table in front of you.

[00:15:16]

You know it's been done before, too. Everyone just has to wear gloves.

[00:15:19]

Yes.

[00:15:19]

They got the trash can cut out in the middle of it, and they're just selling out it right there. People are coming by just taking the bucket.

[00:15:27]

Sucking on them.

[00:15:28]

Oh, imagine a Korean barbecue wedding. I love that. Every table has the thing.

[00:15:34]

No, a habachi table.

[00:15:36]

Come on. Getting married at a Benihana is crazy.

[00:15:42]

All the tables have their own habachi chef.

[00:15:45]

You know how cheap that would be?

[00:15:46]

That actually wouldn't be bad.

[00:15:47]

Because the habachi restaurant would be like, Well, we've never done that before. Just book out the whole spot. You know what? No, we'll give it to you for free because it's an experiment. It's like we want to see if it works.

[00:15:56]

And they seat a lot of people. Those places are big.

[00:15:59]

Looking for She's actually thinking about it.

[00:16:01]

And you're right at the mall if you need a dress.

[00:16:03]

We all go through the mall. You know those bars that are attached to the mall? We're just walking through the mall.

[00:16:10]

There's usually a Dave and Buster's after-party.

[00:16:13]

Mariah, we'd make it on TikTok so fast. We. It's my wedding. We. You guys would make it on TikTok so fast, and everybody... You'd probably get bad press, but everybody would talk about it.

[00:16:22]

We should do an East Coast wedding and a West Coast wedding, and we'll do it at Benihana. Yeah. There we go.

[00:16:28]

I'm so down for that. That's so cool. There we That is so cool.

[00:16:31]

Get press all in there. People's choice. I mean, people's- Zane talk about press.

[00:16:35]

Who the hell are we?

[00:16:37]

The fortune cookie- You're going to be like, Who? The fortune cookie, the message is from the bride and groom. Thank you for coming to the wedding. What they love about you.

[00:16:46]

Oh, and then the entertainment shrimp.

[00:16:48]

She's catching it in her veil. Just netting the shrimp.

[00:16:51]

Oh, instead of throwing a bouquet, you throw a zucchini. And everyone has to...

[00:16:56]

The bride and groom on top of the cake or the little pea man. The bread and groom are on the habachi thing, and they're tapping it, and it's like, blowing smoke at the top, like the onions.

[00:17:06]

That would be the talk. That would be the wedding of the decade, though. You should think about it.

[00:17:12]

I think it'd be a hit.

[00:17:14]

I'm seeing if anyone's done it.

[00:17:15]

Benny had a wedding for sure. There we go. It's been done. Wow.

[00:17:19]

Let me guess, 2010.

[00:17:22]

Wow. You still got to wait for a table. Respect.

[00:17:28]

Yes, so we do have a wedding currently on this side, but we'll take you. They still couldn't give you the whole.

[00:17:34]

Just sitting there waiting. Wait. No, go ahead. This is crazy.

[00:17:39]

In the seating area.

[00:17:40]

This is crazy. I would love to go to one of those crazy, tacky-themed weddings, though. People who get married at Disneyland, send me that invite. I don't think I know anybody who would have their wedding at a medieval or a place.

[00:18:02]

Oh, medieval times is a good one.

[00:18:05]

You take that whole middle area, you put seats all in there, you get married right. I mean, you know there's medieval freaks. I don't want to have to get married there.

[00:18:12]

After the show, they move the horses, and then you go down and you dance in the little horse ring. It's just like...

[00:18:19]

That still has to probably be as expensive as a normal. You would spend on a wedding booking out medieval times for it. Are you sure? Like your daughter, you're paying for her wedding, you're like, Are Are you sure you want to do this, sweet art?

[00:18:31]

Wait, catch this. You have your wedding in medieval times, right? Everybody, all of us, this is for my wedding, okay? Imagine my wedding, Game of Thrones themed. We're going to all sit in the horse ring, where the sand is. We're going to have all the seats where all my closest friends and family all sit, right? Then we sell tickets for everybody that wants to come watch the wedding of the century. Of the century. Then they all sit around. They're getting fed. They're watching a show.

[00:19:02]

It's a good way to recoup that money that you're paying to do it.

[00:19:05]

But it could be like a stage wedding, right? There's fights, there's chaos, there's I object.

[00:19:10]

Jason's like the jester.

[00:19:12]

You can make it a whole show. Come up with fake scenarios, make it a show.

[00:19:18]

It could be fun. Paperview. We sell it.

[00:19:22]

It's crazy. I feel like, why hasn't that been done yet?

[00:19:24]

I bet it has. We just haven't heard about it from like...

[00:19:28]

Medieval Times Wedding.

[00:19:29]

I It's just medieval themed. I can't... What else you call that place?

[00:19:35]

I think medieval Times now. I did.

[00:19:37]

That's what it's called.

[00:19:38]

I feel like they would have a wedding tab on their website, too. But I don't know.

[00:19:44]

Before we continue, we want to give a big thank you to our sponsor of this podcast, Shopify.

[00:21:23]

Yes, I went to a wedding. Yes, I would say one of the top three best weddings I think I've ever been to. Oh, wow.

[00:21:29]

That's nice.

[00:21:29]

I want to say it's number one, but also it was incredible. I don't even want to be ranking a friend's wedding. It was, though, one of the best. They did such a fantastic job. The weather was great. Loved it all.

[00:21:44]

Okay, what'd you and Mariah do?We.

[00:21:46]

Just got back from a wedding.We.

[00:21:48]

Went to a wedding.Nice.My cousin got married.Yeah.

[00:21:51]

What's her name?

[00:21:52]

His name is T. J. Amado.t. J.

[00:21:55]

Max.t. J. Max.

[00:21:56]

All right.

[00:21:57]

Yeah, we went to a wedding in Jersey. It was fun.

[00:22:00]

It was cute. It was like a barn one, country theme.

[00:22:03]

The two DJs, the MCs, were line dancing instructors. They were the DJ, and they would jump down and teach everyone the dances.

[00:22:10]

Perfect job because they're so good at moving people and controlling a crowd.

[00:22:15]

The flow of this wedding. I'm all about the flow of the wedding. It was nonstop. Everything was perfect. It was really good. They got married. We walked inside. We did co*cktail hour. They opened the barn doors. We went in, sat down. We got served. We came down, we They made an announcement. They danced everybody to the dessert table. It was like, the perfect.

[00:22:34]

Everybody had dessert. Then after that, back to the dance floor.

[00:22:39]

What line dance were they teaching you guys?

[00:22:40]

All of them. Every single one you could imagine.

[00:22:43]

Went from the classic country to... Copperhead Road. To Ed Sheeran's like, Oh, I love it when you...

[00:22:50]

I'm loving that Shibuzi song.Shibuzi?Shibuzi. Oh, my. Good Lord. It's dude, yeah, man. It's like tipsy. You know the song tipsy? One, here comes the two to the three. It's this country version. That f*cking slaps. It's like the new... What was the Lil Nas X song?

[00:23:11]

Old Town Road?

[00:23:12]

It's taking over Old Town, bro.

[00:23:15]

Oh, Wow, okay. I got to check it out after.

[00:23:17]

Cola Brand's daughter did a little TikTok dance for it. I was in the kitchen trying to learn it, and I was like, What the f*ck am I doing with my life?

[00:23:24]

Even Cole LeBran's daughter did a TikTok dance. She choreographed it for it. She choreographed it. She's 10 years old.

[00:23:31]

I'm not like, Did you see Cole LeBran's daughter?

[00:23:34]

Matt, that's what I was like, That's weird.

[00:23:37]

No, Cole LeBran's daughter came up with the dance.

[00:23:40]

She made a new dance that went viral. Everyone's doing it. Okay, that makes sense.

[00:23:44]

I just like it because there's that little move with the little-The footwork. The footwork one, and that one took me years to learn.

[00:23:50]

Mariah, I died at the Dasha one. She tried doing the Dasha TikTok. You know Dasha? The, In good your boots, stop.

[00:23:59]

Working Ingaud. She tried doing it.

[00:24:03]

She f*cking click-clacked.

[00:24:06]

She click-clacked. I had to watch that 10 times.

[00:24:09]

It was such perfect timing when it happened, too.

[00:24:11]

The lyrics. Her click-clat went to the music. It said, Did your boots stop working?

[00:24:16]

Did your truck break down? I was like, Did your truck break?

[00:24:19]

Was that on purpose? No.

[00:24:21]

Are you crazy? I'm in freaking six inch heels.

[00:24:24]

They're probably four. It was good. It was good. Very good.

[00:24:27]

Have you seen the little girl on TikTok? The little blonde girl? She's a little person.

[00:24:30]

Kola Brands' daughter?

[00:24:31]

She line dances, though.

[00:24:33]

It's adorable.

[00:24:35]

She's really good.

[00:24:36]

Not a lot of kids come up on mine.

[00:24:38]

No, it's like an adult, but she's a little person.

[00:24:42]

Hey, he just Kendrick you right there.

[00:24:45]

I'm not talking about watching little girls. I'm talking about she's an adult.

[00:24:50]

No, she's a little person.

[00:24:52]

You know when you have a deviated something, you need to get it fixed? I have a deviated something in my ear. I feel like I need to fix every hole in my because nothing f*cking works.

[00:25:03]

Have we talked about this, getting your ears cleaned? Have you done it? Like the proper medical work.

[00:25:07]

I did it maybe three years ago.

[00:25:09]

I think you just are hard of hearing.

[00:25:12]

What?

[00:25:13]

I want to get it done so bad. When I clean my ears, it's not that much wax, but I'm like, What's deeper down there?

[00:25:20]

Oh, no. There will be clumps of black that will come on my ear. But no, you're right. I need to go back and do it because you could do it like an urgent care or something.

[00:25:28]

Oh, really? It's easy as urgent care. I think you could buy one of those things, and it's like that little...

[00:25:32]

It's almost like a netty pot that you pour in.

[00:25:34]

I don't trust myself to do it.

[00:25:35]

With the camera? I don't get how people have their phones out and sticking that in there. No, not that one. I feel like I would just spaz out and just blood.

[00:25:46]

I would just start coming. I would just not trust myself doing it.

[00:25:49]

The ear is the most sensitive.

[00:25:51]

It is crazy how sensitive your eardrum is.

[00:25:52]

It's your tiniest bones of your body.

[00:25:54]

Didn't you f*ck up your eardrum one time? Or was it... Maybe that was my little brother.

[00:25:57]

No, the only thing that ever happened to me when I was When I was younger, I used to put things into my ears, and I stuck the end of a pencil down in my ear. Jesus. I was just jamming it in, and then the eraser fell out in my ear. Then I think it got stuck or something. You never got it out. We had to go get it out. But then also I got an ear infection in that ear from it being down in my ear.

[00:26:24]

Did you tell somebody you had it in your ear or you just left it alone?

[00:26:27]

I can't remember if I waited or if I embarrassed or what it was, but it started hurting really bad, and then they got it out.

[00:26:34]

Yeah, I went to the hospital. You know those stick-on rubies? It looks like a little diamond. You put them on your face.

[00:26:41]

We used to do fake earrings.

[00:26:42]

Yes, just like those. I was playing with one of those, and I was watching Star Wars, and I put it deep in. I was trying to make it like an earring, but then I just stuck it in my ear, and it wouldn't come out. I was at daycare, and I'm like, f*ck.

[00:26:55]

It's a sticker, too. It was deep in there, and my dad My dad came, and I...

[00:27:01]

Luckily, I fessed up. I'm surprised I didn't keep it a secret. My dad was like, Damn it. Okay, fine. We got to go to the hospital and get this taken out of your ear.

[00:27:09]

I remember hearing one morning, my mom was screaming at my dad. He always cleans his ears with Q-tips. I guess one morning, he just stuck it in too deep and he pulled it out, and the whole swab part stayed in his ear.Oh.

[00:27:25]

No.so.

[00:27:25]

He just had the stick, and it was so deep in there. They couldn't get it out. My mom's trying to grab it with tweezers, and then they had to take him to the doctor to go get that removed, too.

[00:27:34]

Such an embarrassing, stupid accident.

[00:27:38]

He claims it was because they were the off-brand ones that were the plastic tube, and they're, I guess, easier to slide off. It was just like...

[00:27:46]

Remember in that Jackass movie when Johnny Knoxville shoved a car, a toy car in his ass? Yes. He goes to the doctor, but he doesn't tell them there's a toy car in his ass. What? He's like, Hey, doc, there's something. I think this is what I I remember. I don't remember him saying what was in there.

[00:28:03]

They put a toy car in a condom. That's what it was. And then he put it up the condom and then put it up his ass. And then he goes to the doctor acting like, Just something feels weird. Did he get an X ray? Yeah. It's just real.

[00:28:15]

Then they see, they look at the extra like, Oh, my God.

[00:28:20]

It was like a portal.

[00:28:22]

It was like the way it looked when they showed it, I died. Hilarious.

[00:28:27]

How did they get that up That far.

[00:28:31]

Matt, they were doing crazy sh*t, man. I mean, you can get pretty much anything up your ass if you try.

[00:28:36]

Oh, man.

[00:28:38]

Because if you think about it, a toy car, a toy car is smaller than a penis.

[00:28:44]

Steve is still doing stunts?

[00:28:47]

I don't think so.

[00:28:48]

That day, when we did that dry ice thing and he came over, we did it in Elton's backyard.Oh, yeah, I forgot. We did that. We put a bunch of dry ice in the pool just for the vibe, just to be like, But no, Steve-O comes over and he's going to jump off the roof and do a flip, I think, into the pool. Even though Steve-O is the most trained stunt professional ever, he's done so many things. I remember in that moment being like, I cannot watch this happen.

[00:29:17]

Yeah, if something happens, we're all here.

[00:29:20]

Out of all people, the world is just like, You guys killed Steve-O? Yeah. Way to go. I remember going inside to watch him do that flip, and he've nailed it.

[00:29:28]

Then I also kept thinking, This guy has done the craziest sh*t in the world. I'm sure he's looking at this as a piece of cake.

[00:29:34]

I'm just like, How? But he couldn't tell where the edge of the pool was.

[00:29:38]

But he nailed it.

[00:29:40]

Because it was smoky, you couldn't see anything.

[00:29:41]

That's what made it Jackass.

[00:29:45]

The most insane thing happened to us on our way back to come to LA. We took Dean with us. Traveling with him is pretty easy. We just have the little pet carrier. Then when you go through TSA, you have to take him out, you walk through with him, and you just send the bag through, whatever. Then once he gets through, you can put him back in the bag, right?

[00:30:06]

Was he meowing? Was he putting up a...

[00:30:08]

No, he just sleeps the whole time.

[00:30:09]

He's super chill.

[00:30:10]

No pee, no poop?

[00:30:11]

Nothing. He won't eat. He's very anxious, but he's a quiet anxious where he won't eat, he won't go to the bathroom. We'll take him out. We usually do a layover, so we'll take him out in a quiet corner and just have him stretch. But he's quiet. He's a hit on the plane. Everybody wants to see him.

[00:30:28]

Yeah, he's really sweet. He's very calm during.

[00:30:31]

Yeah. So you get him to security.

[00:30:33]

We go there, everything's fine. Then on our way back, we ran into a bit of an issue. It was when we were leaving Allentown, and it's a small airport. There's Not that many people there.

[00:30:47]

It feels like if sh*ts Creek had an airport. It's very... Every time we fly, we're the only ones in the airport. Those are the best, though. They're the best. They're always the cleanest. The staff is just leaning up against the walls, and they're like, Come on down.

[00:31:01]

Every time I go through, you know them.

[00:31:04]

Yeah.

[00:31:06]

We got him, we got our bags, whatever. We go through, we put our stuff on the conveyor belt thing, and then they I have Mariah take Dean out, walk him through, and then I'm putting the rest of the stuff up on the tray to slide through. I walk through, everything's good. We start getting our bags, and our one suitcase gets pulled aside, which normally happens.

[00:31:31]

It's not new. If we bring Dean, we bring a carry-on suitcase, and we bring a travel litter box.

[00:31:39]

Like a relapsible folding.

[00:31:40]

Anything travel for Dean, we keep it in there so that we have it for him for the layover. It's a travel litter box. We have the litter in there. Every time it gets stopped, and then they open it, they're like, Okay, good. You're good to go. It's just whatever. We get pulled aside. We're like, Okay. We told them right away. We're like, Oh, it's the litter. He goes, All right, we'll just make sure, and then you'll be on your way.

[00:32:00]

He opens it up and he's looking at it. I'm like, Okay, are we good?

[00:32:04]

Is it like a closed litter bag where it's like-No, it's like a zipping.

[00:32:08]

Like a litter box, like a tin rectangle, but it zips.

[00:32:14]

It zips up. There's a lid to it. Yeah, you could fold it. It can tip.

[00:32:18]

But there's litter in it. So they pull it aside. He opens it up and he's looking at it. I'm like, Yeah, it's litter. It gets stopped, whatever. And he's like, Yeah, yeah, yeah. He goes, We're going to need to test this. The litter. The litter. I'm sitting there, I'm like, Oh, this is disgusting. And then he calls over somebody. He's like, We need to get this tested. I'm like, Okay. So then he's like, Do I just dump it out right here on the table? They're calling over.

[00:32:42]

They're like, What do we do with this?

[00:32:43]

We had just left. Dean went to the bathroom right before.

[00:32:46]

So there's like little like-This is an Allentown airport? Yeah.

[00:32:49]

And there's like little nerds clusters. Just to poop? Yeah. You know what I mean? It's natural. The forbidden nerds robe thing.

[00:32:57]

Yeah.

[00:32:58]

Thank you for that.

[00:32:59]

So I'm looking at it. I'm mortified because this guy is now hands in the cat litter.

[00:33:05]

People are walking by like... Yeah.

[00:33:08]

He does volunteer. He's like, Do you want me to sift through? I just feel really bad because he just went. We didn't have time to clean it out.

[00:33:16]

Now it's starting to cause a scene.

[00:33:17]

Dino is probably so embarrassed at this point. Yeah.

[00:33:20]

I mean, people are looking like, Okay, this is the first picture. So this is them. They take a little sample, and then they put it onto the paper thing.

[00:33:28]

This green is the litter box.

[00:33:30]

It looks like gunpowder. Thank you. I'm trying to picture this.

[00:33:32]

It looks like gunpowder.

[00:33:34]

Yes, that's what I imagine.

[00:33:36]

But we've been stopped before. They just opened it up, they closed it, and they gave it back to us. I'm like, It does look like some explosive.

[00:33:43]

They probably never seen anything like that.

[00:33:46]

It's normal cat litter.

[00:33:48]

I know, but it's like, it's Allenthal Airport. I feel like they've never seen anything like this before.

[00:33:52]

I don't think they've seen a cat.

[00:33:53]

People don't travel with their cat at all.

[00:33:56]

You're right.

[00:33:57]

He has to get this little device here, and it's basically like he pulls out a strip and it's sticky on one side, so he has to dip it into the litter, so that almost like a baby bottle pop. You have to dip it in and have it stick and pull it out, but it wasn't sticking, and He's calling over the boss and he's like, It's not sticking. What do we do? He's trying to scoop it and balance it because then he has to shove it back into the slip like a credit card.

[00:34:24]

It's grinding because it's like sand, and he's jamming it in this little machine. I'm like, Oh, my gosh.

[00:34:31]

They're making calls, and they have to... They call Heath on the other side of the rope. They're like, We need to pat you down. I don't know what the device said, but he said it came up red.

[00:34:43]

It came up. It tested positive for explosives.

[00:34:46]

What's Dean eating?

[00:34:49]

But then I'm like, What do you mean? I'm like, Now I'm concerned that my cat is-Now we're worried about the litter.

[00:34:53]

We're like, What the hell is in this litter, Arm and Hammer? Love you.

[00:34:56]

They ran it through the testing kit, and it came positive for what they were trying to stop for, I guess, people smuggling explosives. That's insane.

[00:35:06]

The look on their face when it turned red, they were like...

[00:35:09]

It went from joking because we were all laughing about it with the people were like, Sorry, this is awkward.

[00:35:14]

This is probably the most exciting thing to happen to you all day. He's like, Yeah, yeah, yeah.

[00:35:17]

Then it's positive. Then now we're laughing. It's positive. Busted. Then it got really serious. Then I start getting panicky because I don't know. What do you do? Then he's doing this full pat down search on me. He's going through everything, and I'm like-Well, yeah, you're trying to sneak explosives on a plane. Then he goes through that, and then he goes, Now, bring the bags over again.

[00:35:44]

He was like, Where's the cat? We didn't have a cat. He goes, Let me see the cat.

[00:35:48]

I thought they were going to check Dean.

[00:35:53]

Oh, we need to go in. Yeah.

[00:35:55]

Then I started thinking, poor Dean's about to get like...

[00:35:59]

Oh, my Then they start opening up all the bags again, and then they're going through it.

[00:36:04]

Thank God we got there early because we were cutting it close.

[00:36:07]

It was a fiasco.

[00:36:08]

Are you guys on a time crunch at all, or you're fine?

[00:36:11]

It's getting closer. It's getting close. We got there an hour early, but-It's Allentown. It's Allentown. It's Allentown, yeah.

[00:36:18]

Did you feel like international spies?

[00:36:20]

We were the last ones on the plane. We had to run.

[00:36:22]

They were waiting for us.

[00:36:23]

We were walking, and the airport's so small that we weren't at the gate yet. We were still halfway. We can see it in the And the girl at the counter is like, Are you heat the Mariah? And I'm like, Yeah. And we ran. But then they cleared us, and they said, You're going to have to empty this out. You're going to have to leave the airport, empty it out, come back in with your ID and your thing.

[00:36:47]

So we had to go dump this litter box, come back through, go through.

[00:36:50]

And the guy told me on the way out, he said... Because I told him, I was like, No airports have ever tested it before. Do you think we should just not bring litter anymore? He goes, No, the litter is okay. It's just when he goes to the bathroom, the chemicals that mix with the urine comes up as explosives.

[00:37:11]

Oh, whoa. Science. You got to make sure it's just It has to be clean. It has to be sterile before. It has to be clean.

[00:37:16]

It was technically chemicals you were bringing on the plan.

[00:37:21]

Yeah, biohazard.

[00:37:22]

Biohazardous. Crazy, though. I'm a little confused by this thing. You just opened it, and then the cat just goes on it.

[00:37:31]

Do you see the green? Yeah. That's just like a litter box, and you zip it up. You put the litter inside and you zip it up, and now it's covered.

[00:37:41]

Got it. When the kitty poops in there, you don't need to remove it.

[00:37:45]

We usually do, but we didn't have time.

[00:37:47]

Got it. Before we continue, we want to give a big thank you to our sponsor of this podcast, ZocDoc.

[00:37:52]

We all know there are things in life you have to compromise on, like an apartment that's in your budget, but with an upstairs neighbor who plays the drums or going to the grocery store that's always out of everything just because it's nearby.

[00:38:02]

But when it comes to your health, there is no compromise. So don't go back to that one doctor who uses your appointment to catch up on the latest headlines, their family groove chat, their crossword puzzles, just because they're available right now or they take your slightly sketchy insurance.

[00:38:17]

Instead, check out ZocDoc, the place where you can find and book doctors who will make you feel comfortable, listen to you, and prioritize your health.

[00:38:24]

The best part is that you could search by location, availability, and insurance. So literally no compromises because with ZocDoc, you've got more options than you know.

[00:38:32]

And of course, as you know, ZocDoc is going to make it as simple as possible. Once you find the doctor you want, you can book them immediately. No more waiting awkwardly on hold with a receptionist. Nobody likes that.

[00:38:42]

And all of these docs all have verified reviews from actual real patients. We're talking about booking appointment with tens of thousands of top-rated, patient-reviewed, credible doctors and specialists.

[00:38:52]

You can filter specifically for ones who take your insurance, are located near you, and treat basically any condition you're searching for.

[00:38:58]

And the typical wait time to see a doctor booked on ZocDoc is between 24 to 72 hours. That's it. You can even score same-day appointments.

[00:39:06]

If I'm out of the country, I get sick, I don't know what to do, ZocDoc is going to be the thing that I use.

[00:39:12]

Zocdoc has become so second nature to me that anytime I think about needing a doctor's appointment or going to see somebody, it's the only thing I use. It's so simple. I don't know how I functioned with finding a doctor before ZocDoc.

[00:39:25]

That's right. That's why you guys need it. Zocdoc is a free app and website where you can search and compare highly rated and network doctors near you and instantly book appointments with them online.

[00:39:33]

But another thing that was interesting that happened, this is just a fun thing that you would like. We go from LAX to Chicago, to Allentown, and we get to Chicago, and we're waiting for the next flight, and we're sitting there, and this kid comes over to us, and he's a big fan, and he's the sweetest kid, the nicest high schooler. And he's talking to us, and he's like, Are you guys going to Allentown? I'm like, Yeah, I'm from there, so we're visiting family. I'm like, Why are you going? And he was like, Oh, I'm going to prom. He's like, With my long distance girlfriend. He's from Iowa. He's going to prom with his long distance girlfriend. And he was like, She lives in Orfield? And I was like, Does she go to Parkland High School? And he was like, Yeah. I'm like, You're going to Parkland's prom? I'm like, That's my prom. What are the odds? And then I asked what the girl's name was, and we had a connection. I don't know her personally, but kids that I taught at dance are friends with her. So they all hung out together. I'm like, How did you meet this girl?

[00:40:54]

What is your story? So that was funny. And then we were like, Enjoy your time at prom. And then on the flight back.

[00:41:00]

He's with us on the flight back. He's with us on the flight back. We're like, What's up? How's prom? How does it go? He was like, I stayed up all night. I thought I was going to be in bed by 10:00, but we had the whole prom night, whatever. And we're like, Oh, good. Then Mariah was like, Did they do the-The hypnotist.

[00:41:17]

The hypnotist. I wanted to ask him because our prom after-hours did the hypnotist. He was like, No, they said they did it last year, but they gave us a magician instead.

[00:41:25]

I'm like, Oh, I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Was there a theme to their prom?

[00:41:31]

I don't ask him that.

[00:41:32]

Did you guys have a theme for your prom? You know how sometimes it's a Hollywood night. Under the sea, there's always a theme for a prom.

[00:41:40]

I have a feeling we did, but I don't think it was a big deal because I don't remember it.

[00:41:44]

I feel like ours was Hollywood.

[00:41:45]

I feel like they were all Hollywood.

[00:41:46]

I never made it in, so I don't know.

[00:41:49]

You never made it to prom?

[00:41:50]

No. Didn't the dress get stuck or something? No.

[00:41:54]

Zane definitely forgot to pick up his ticket.

[00:41:55]

No. Who was your date?

[00:41:57]

Did you have a date?

[00:41:58]

Yeah, she was a senior, but I I was already graduated.

[00:42:01]

You did not. You went to prom as a full adult.

[00:42:05]

He was a super senior. It was a year after senior year, but I never went to prom. I never went to prom all four.

[00:42:11]

You didn't go your actual senior year.

[00:42:12]

My actual senior year, but I did go the next year because she asked me to go, and I was like, Sure, yeah, I'll go.

[00:42:19]

Don't, Matt. Wipe that look off your face.

[00:42:22]

There's nothing wrong with that. She asked me if I wanted to be her date for prom. I was like, Yeah, sure. I'll go. I didn't get to go, so I get to experience it.

[00:42:28]

Okay, so you left college campus, back to the high school campus. What was her name? Shout her out. Kelsey. Thank you so much, Kelsey, for doing that.Thank.

[00:42:39]

You, Kelsey.Thank you. I'll remember this moment for the rest of my life. We were all Yeah, so we all got on the...

[00:42:47]

We got there. But also, just to clear this, her and her group of friends were best friends with all of our group's best friends. Right. So it was like-Yeah, it wasn't weird.

[00:42:59]

It wasn't like a-It was almost inevitable.

[00:43:00]

It was like, oh, yeah.

[00:43:01]

We were friends. I think we went as friends instead of- Were other seniors like, yeah, other students were like, Oh, that's cool.

[00:43:09]

She's bringing Zane.

[00:43:10]

I mean, it wasn't weird.

[00:43:12]

Yeah, it definitely wasn't weird. I feel like it was a different time. I feel like now, is that normal for the people down in the comments, if you're in high school now and you bring someone who's in college, even a year out, is that normal?

[00:43:22]

I don't know.

[00:43:22]

I think the fact that we were all a big friend group, nobody thought anything. It wasn't like, Oh, you brought a College. It was just like, Oh, cool. Zane's coming. I'm not judging it.

[00:43:34]

I'm just curious. No, it's funny because I'm thinking about this, too. If it happened now, would it be weird? But we were all friends.

[00:43:40]

I think the only thing, if a junior was dating a senior, then the senior graduated, but you're still dating, you would obviously bring him.

[00:43:46]

Yeah.

[00:43:47]

It's fine. I think it's more normal than we think.

[00:43:50]

But obviously, we were all drinking before the prom, and then we get there, and she had a little bit too much to drink. But this wasn't the reason why this happened, but her dress got caught in the escalator. It keeps ripping. No, when it gets to the top and the escalator stairs are going like this, it gets stuck and she trips, and then she falls straight on her face. Just boom. She was fine. But somebody from the school staff saw that and immediately came up with like, You're drunk. She's like, No, my dress got caught. You could see- The smell of alcohol. You could see that the whole dress got completely torn from the back. I think She must have smelted on her or something, but she got kicked out, and then I got kicked out.

[00:44:49]

You had to go in. I had to go. No breathalizing, no law punishment. Just like, you're gone.

[00:44:54]

No, just like, you got to go.

[00:44:55]

And I- Go get in your car and drive back home.

[00:44:58]

I didn't get kicked out, but I obviously just left, too. I was like, I'm not going to stay here.

[00:45:03]

Take the stairs.

[00:45:04]

Did you guys have your prom at your school, or did you guys do it somewhere else?

[00:45:09]

We did it somewhere else, and then the post-prom was at the school.

[00:45:13]

Yeah.

[00:45:13]

Oh, interesting.

[00:45:14]

We did ours at main event or post-prom, and they raffled off a car.

[00:45:18]

Yeah, us too. What?

[00:45:20]

Yeah, someone wanted a car.

[00:45:21]

I wonder if we did the same thing.

[00:45:23]

We didn't have budget like that.

[00:45:25]

They did post-prom to prevent kids from doing after parties, and they made the post-pom really fun, and it was really fun. Kids would sneak alcohol anyway in the limos, so it was fine. That's cool. But you would go, but every hour, they would raffle off prizes. So they wanted to stay. There'd be like an iPod, and it went all the way up. Then 6 AM was a car, so it made you stay.

[00:45:46]

Wait, 6 AM?

[00:45:48]

Yeah, because they didn't want kids going out.

[00:45:50]

And staying in hotels.

[00:45:51]

But they did it to 6 AM.

[00:45:54]

Then their parents would come at 8:00 in the morning and pick them up.

[00:45:58]

You would also feel a lot You have to go.

[00:46:00]

You can leave. But they also had... In between the lockers, they had masseuses. They had massages. The whole gym had bounce houses. Was it budget? It was like, midnight, they had the hypnotist come in. So everyone was in the auditorium. It was just like, it's a really good idea.

[00:46:16]

They really didn't want kids to leave it.

[00:46:18]

It worked. I stayed. It was fun.

[00:46:20]

Just you?

[00:46:21]

She won every prize. I got the car.

[00:46:25]

Did your mom work it at all?

[00:46:28]

No.

[00:46:28]

We had to go because all of our buddies, our moms were working it. So we couldn't go. We couldn't ditch it because our moms were there. You would have been in trouble.

[00:46:36]

They'd have been like, Where are you guys? I'm going to suggest that for my kids. Whatever school they go to, I'm going to go to the office and be like, Hey, I had this really fun idea that we could do.

[00:46:43]

But I won a trip to SeaWorld. Oh my gosh. I would have got canceled now, but it was like a SeaWorld was still okay back then. The Blackfish documentary hadn't come out. It was a different time. It was a different time. It was a different time.

[00:46:57]

The Blackfish documentary hasn't come out.

[00:46:59]

That was the game changer.

[00:47:02]

Obviously not.

[00:47:04]

That's so funny. Yeah, I think it's a great idea. There were obviously kids that didn't think it was cool, and they were like, We're not doing that.

[00:47:11]

But I was like, Guys, this is fun. It's cool if we all got to do it together, though. Right. Like, Universal, when we all got to go together, that was fun. You suck out. Guys.

[00:47:24]

This would be our gym for post-prom.

[00:47:26]

Who was your prom date, Mariah?

[00:47:28]

She got picked up in a helicopter.

[00:47:30]

In a helicopter.

[00:47:32]

No, I didn't. I thought I was getting picked up in a helicopter.

[00:47:34]

Oh, he showed up in a helicopter. Hold on.

[00:47:37]

While they're getting their pictures taken?

[00:47:39]

There was a kid who-Your date. Yeah. Okay, so We didn't have... You know how people have junior prom and senior prom? We only had senior prom. You're a senior, you go to prom. So not that I had anybody in mind, but there was a kid who liked me at the time, but he was a junior. So it did not It did not cross my mind to ask this kid to prom. We were just hanging out a couple of times. The second time we ever hung out, he goes, Let's ride the four-wheelers. He had a lot of property. I'm like, Okay, so we're riding the four- Damn, more money than you. We're riding the four wheelers, and I'm riding behind him. I only got two wheelers. Then we're riding in the field, and then there's- It's cute.

[00:48:22]

It's romantic.

[00:48:23]

There's prom spelled out in the field, and I'm stuck in the woods with him. I'm like, I I didn't say no. Now, this kid was scary. He seemed like Greek mob. He was scary, and I was scared of his dad, and I was just like, I just didn't like him. I was like, This guy's an asshole, but we're stuck in the woods. I was like, I could escape. I have a four-wheeler, but I don't know where to go. I just was like, okay, whatever. So I had to go with a junior number one, which was so embarrassing.

[00:48:54]

Mortifying. A junior asked you to the senior prom. Yes, it wasn't his prom. Yeah, you, uh-uh. What was this? A junior can't ask.

[00:49:01]

That means he had cojones. He had balls.

[00:49:06]

It should have been like, Can I go to your prom with you? Can you ask me to prom?

[00:49:12]

Horrible. I was just mortified. So not only did I have to go to prom with him. He's rich. There was a rumor that he was going to... He told people. Pick me up in a helicopter.

[00:49:26]

From your parents' house?

[00:49:28]

So we took pictures at In my parents' house.

[00:49:30]

He was telling outlets. He got PR for it.

[00:49:33]

We had a big yard. And we're taking pictures, and all of a sudden, I'm like, There's no way. There's no way. And there's a freaking helicopter landing in my yard, and I'm like, Okay, this is cool.

[00:49:48]

What? The upside down repels.

[00:49:52]

No, no, no.

[00:49:55]

He arrives in the helicopter, okay?

[00:50:00]

And I'm thinking, I'm going to prom in a helicopter. You know how close I got to this helicopter? One picture, touching the door, and then they left. So he had a grand entrance for senior prom for our prom, and left. I didn't even get to sit in it.

[00:50:18]

And all your friends are also there? Yeah.

[00:50:20]

Everyone's like, what the f*ck?

[00:50:21]

You never got in it.

[00:50:23]

No. We walked into the doors at prom. That was the last time I ever saw that kid. Never talked to him, never looked at him again.

[00:50:29]

After you walked into the venue?

[00:50:31]

Yeah, because I'm like, this is mortifying. I'm not doing this. I have a picture of us with the helicopter.

[00:50:36]

This explains so much about you, the trauma. Who is this kid mastermining this play?

[00:50:42]

Just in bed going, I'm going to ask for a ride to prom. I'm going to shape the part on my property, going to bring it on the ATVs. Yes, the ATVs. Let me get the helicopter. Should I take it? No, I'm going to show up in the helicopter.

[00:50:54]

He was a jerk, well.

[00:50:55]

Oh my goodness. I can't believe you've never shared that story I think I have.

[00:51:01]

I'm sure you and your family laugh about that maybe once every six months.

[00:51:04]

We never bring it up. Really? My sister does once a year. I'm like, Can you not?

[00:51:09]

It's so funny.

[00:51:10]

So I went to... That prom was horrible, but everybody was just hanging out with everybody when we got there, so it was fun. And then I went to a Catholic school prom, which was more fun.

[00:51:22]

Yeah, I thought you were going to say mortifying again.

[00:51:24]

Those are bad kids. The Catholic school kids are bad kids.

[00:51:29]

I remember art, the ones that St. Thomas and... What was the other one?

[00:51:33]

American Heritage was bad.

[00:51:35]

Everyone had an American Heritage.

[00:51:37]

They all had crazy money. The kids weren't leaking little bottles of alcohol. They were bringing blow to school and doing crazy drugs.

[00:51:48]

Like, sh*t that public schools didn't have access to. They did because they had money.

[00:51:52]

They're lawyer parents had bags of co*ke around and they'd be stealing their parents' co*ke.

[00:51:57]

There's capitalism in schools, too.

[00:52:00]

Prince of Peace. That was a bad one. Prince of Peace? Prince of Peace. I remember there was a girl I was dating, and she went to Prince of Peace, but her sister went to my school, and she was like, Let's go have lunch with my sister. You can come since you guys are dating. But the thing is, and we went into that lunch hour, and they're all wearing private school uniforms. I'm wearing the f*cking billabong jacket with the fur.Yeah.Yeah..

[00:52:24]

That was the hot house.

[00:52:26]

I sit down at the table and Everyone's heads are looking at me. I'll never forget this. The school you go to. This f*cking kid comes over and he puts his arm over me and he goes, Hey, are you gay? I'm like, No. I'm here to see f*cking Maddie. He goes, Are you gay? I'm like, No. He goes, All right. And just walked away. I remember just sitting there 13, 14 years old, just like, Why don't I get the f*ck out of here.

[00:53:02]

People think movies over-exaggerate. They really don't. It's crazy.

[00:53:06]

Are you gay? I'm in my billable fur jacket. They're all in their suit and tie.

[00:53:12]

Found any way just to ruin your day. Let me try to ruin this guy's day that I don't know.

[00:53:18]

Never forget that.

[00:53:19]

That's equivalent to your story where you said you have a boyfriend. You have a boyfriend? You have a boyfriend?

[00:53:23]

Oh, yeah. Remember you're like... What's your name? Matt. Oh, his boyfriend's name's Matt. He just said his boyfriend's name You remember that? That's so good. I was just sitting there in just tears. Down my cheeks.

[00:53:38]

Oh my God. Look at that helicopter. That's crazy.

[00:53:45]

I did not. I think I deleted the one of us standing there because I was so embarrassed. You deleted it. I think I untagged myself. Wow.

[00:53:54]

Damn. That's crazy. Did you all take a limo to prom?

[00:53:57]

No, we took a school bus.

[00:53:58]

A school bus. A school bus?

[00:53:59]

Like a yellow school bus?

[00:54:01]

Yeah. I don't know. I forget what we took. I think it was one of those party bus, the ones we will use out here.

[00:54:07]

We took an actual school bus.

[00:54:09]

No, it was way cheaper.

[00:54:11]

I didn't even know you could do that.

[00:54:12]

Yeah, we all split the cost of it.

[00:54:14]

Can you do that now? If we wanted to just take a school bus somewhere, we could do that? For sure.

[00:54:18]

Oh, wow.

[00:54:19]

It was fun.

[00:54:20]

Why don't we do that?Yeah.

[00:54:21]

That would be a flex.

[00:54:22]

Actually, that would look weird. If you saw a bunch of adult men in a school bus. That's not white. A little weird.

[00:54:29]

We did a Hummer limo. Hummer limo? Yeah, that was a vibe. Hummer limo. It must be nice. Hummer limo. We pulled over and we would smoke a blunt. Before prom. But I remember being f*cking terrified because I'm like, We're going to walk into this f*cking grot smelling like weed.

[00:54:41]

You cannot hide that. No matter how much spray you put on.

[00:54:44]

I guess the problem was all right.

[00:54:45]

But now that gummies, edibles exist, you can get away with anything and school them off.

[00:54:50]

Yeah, just a little dab pin.

[00:54:52]

No dab pin, you can't really smell it.

[00:54:55]

You smell it in the air, but you don't smell it on you.

[00:54:57]

Yeah, you could do anything in school. You could Yeah, you can do anything.

[00:55:01]

Did you guys ever have a Sadie Hawkins dance?

[00:55:03]

Who? Who's Sadie Hawkins again?

[00:55:05]

Sadie Hawkins' dances are when the girls ask the guys. Remember Sadie Hawkins' Dance, In My Cacky Pants? Nothing better.Explain it.No. Well, it's like an old-school tradition where I feel like it goes back to the '50s that the girls would ask the guys.

[00:55:20]

Oh, in heavyweights.

[00:55:22]

Are there girls in- Would it be a line of guys and then the girls go up?

[00:55:24]

They brought the group of girls and had a dance for them in heavyweights, and the guys standing there around, and they were too nervous to dance.

[00:55:33]

Yeah, but it was called Morp because it was prom backwards. Nobody went to it.

[00:55:39]

It was a whole separate thing, a separate night?

[00:55:42]

It was just this... They were trying to make it this new dance, and it just Nobody wanted to go.

[00:55:45]

I hardly remember the actual prom.

[00:55:49]

Me too.I.

[00:55:50]

Don't think it was that.I remember the room. It's not like the movies.

[00:55:52]

Did it feel like Banquet Hall-y? Like very Quinceañara?

[00:55:56]

It was at a Banquet Hall, but I feel like the lights were on. I I feel like it was like...

[00:56:00]

I mean, they have to. They did everything to...

[00:56:02]

Ours was dark and like, loungey. It felt like the Lailas. What I didn't like about prom is that it's just your senior class, so it's just smaller than all of the dances you've had before. And so I don't know.

[00:56:15]

And then the king and queen aren't like, you just vote for anybody. You had to be valedictorian or you had to be... I don't know the other names of people.

[00:56:26]

I was nominated. So prom, though, that night, I was so nervous because I'm like, it could become prom king.

[00:56:31]

Matt King, the prom king.

[00:56:32]

I was in the court, and I didn't get it. Leonard Williams did. Shout out to you, Leonard.

[00:56:36]

Jordan, who was our prom king?

[00:56:39]

His name was legend Born. What?

[00:56:42]

Legendborn? We had a kid in our class named Legend Born.

[00:56:45]

Jordan, you made that up.

[00:56:46]

No, I was not.

[00:56:48]

His name is legend Born?

[00:56:48]

I was running against him. Jordan? Yes. You were going to be prom king? I was going to be prom king. I walked down the football field with my mom.

[00:56:56]

You all had to have voted. You didn't vote for Jordan.

[00:56:58]

I didn't go.

[00:56:59]

How could you compete with that?

[00:57:01]

Legend, born?

[00:57:02]

It's a popularity contest, man. They just saw the name and thought it looked cool. Jordan, I was waiting for you. Wait, no, no, no, no, Wait, what's the difference between homecoming and- It's the same thing.

[00:57:18]

What is the occasion for homecoming?

[00:57:20]

Shorter dresses.

[00:57:22]

Homecoming is usually in the fall, and it's also a way to welcome back the alumni. Usually alumni really don't go back. It's a way of welcoming them back home. But they do a parade and all of that. That's in the fall, and then prom happens.

[00:57:37]

But still, that's a crazy name.

[00:57:39]

Also, very quick, Zane, do you know who I went to prom with?

[00:57:42]

Lindsay?

[00:57:43]

I did. Wait, what? Yeah, I went to prom with Lindsay Klein.

[00:57:47]

Lindsay Klein? Yeah, I didn't go with anyone.

[00:57:49]

Zane, you got Jordan's sloppy Second.

[00:57:52]

I don't know why I didn't go. I think it's like I couldn't afford it to go buy a suit or I just didn't have friends to go with.

[00:58:01]

Yeah, there was a big chunk of the class that just did not care for prom. Everyone's like, This is gay. That's what they would say.

[00:58:09]

This is stupid. Yeah, and we were in our scene, you know, you're seeing like, f*ck this. f*ck the government. f*ck the government. I think we smoked cigarettes at Sawgrass Mall on the night of prom. I think we did that instead.

[00:58:24]

Yeah, it's really not like the movies. It's really not.

[00:58:27]

I remember in the bathroom, straightening my hair, and I was Everyone's at prom, but me.

[00:58:32]

You didn't miss out. Trust me. I was straightening my hair in the bathroom at prom. What? I was straightening my hair in the bathroom.

[00:58:37]

Did you bring it? Have an extension cord, like plug it in.

[00:58:41]

No, me, I was with the blow dryer, like with back combing my hair.

[00:58:43]

The amount of people that would bring their like, straighteners and sh*t to school, insane. I did it a few times, too. I'd be in the hallway on the floor.

[00:58:52]

I had one of those small ones. This small straight hair. Yeah, the travel size one. Just heat that up. Yeah.

[00:59:00]

It would still be wet from the shower.

[00:59:02]

Yeah, it's just crunching.

[00:59:04]

Oh, God. There was a girl, she was straightening her hair and her all her hair straight in the air. And she's like, and she turned around.

[00:59:11]

You missed the back. You missed the whole back. Yeah, yeah, yeah. That was me. None of my business.

[00:59:18]

There was still a time where there was a scene haircut, but that was basically still a Karen mom haircut. Guys would do it all straight and they would spike up the f*cking back. Then Karens were Actually, that's a f*cking dude.

[00:59:31]

That's cute.

[00:59:33]

You know what? I want that. I love that.

[00:59:36]

Men's short scene hair was definitely a Karen.

[00:59:39]

Ogie Karen. I love seeing a good Karen haircut in the wild where it's like, damn, that bob is-It's like hombre from black to blonde.

[00:59:49]

I've seen crazy ones.

[00:59:50]

I'm like, whoa. Those tips look like they could just cut you. It is sharp.

[00:59:55]

That's Karen spelled K-X-R-I-A. M. Kxr exclamation point M.

[01:00:04]

Yeah.

[01:00:09]

Matt, remember when people post their pictures, but sideways? I would do that all the time. Oh, yeah. I would take a mirror picture like this, horizontal, and then turn it for the esthetic, for that scene esthetic.

[01:00:21]

Wait, before we finish, though, I do want to talk about the Drake-Kendrick situation.

[01:00:25]

All right, Jordan, you ready? Yes.

[01:00:27]

Jordan, it's your time to shine, baby.

[01:00:28]

Okay, so Apparently, there's a hot drama happening in the rap world. A lot of us, or all four of us, I don't think, really know what's going on.

[01:00:38]

We're going to have to bring in our expert.

[01:00:39]

It's been going on for a long time, though, too. It has? I thought it just happened. The beef and attention has been But it's accelerated over this past month.

[01:00:48]

Got it. Jordan here, he's a big fan of Drake and Kendrick, and he knows all the tea from what's going on. We're going to have him educate us dive in head first into the story.

[01:01:01]

I'm on MSNBC news.

[01:01:04]

Oh, no, you are.

[01:01:05]

Jordan, you are the source right now. We've seen a little bit of clips, snippets of songs of the diss tracks.

[01:01:11]

I personally have not seen anything. The only time I heard is when we talked about the other day for five seconds and I was like, Wait, I don't know what's going on.

[01:01:18]

Yeah, there's that one that everybody's doing a dance to now. It's like, what's that one little snippet of the Kendrick song?

[01:01:25]

There's dances to it now?

[01:01:26]

Yeah, people are going in on it.

[01:01:27]

People are really eating this sh*t up.

[01:01:28]

No, it might be What's his name? Metro's Song. Because Metro, I'll get into it, but Metro has a beat right now for BBL Jersey.

[01:01:38]

This coming from Jordan is wild right now.

[01:01:42]

He put out a beat so that... Oh, sorry. He put out a beat called BBL Jersey so that anyone can try to make a freestyle on the beat and win $10,000 for it.Oh, sh*t.

[01:01:56]

Like a cipher.

[01:01:57]

Have you made an entry?

[01:01:57]

He's going to apparently publish I just found out about that today. Jeez. Because I was asked, did I submit a song yet? I am going to.

[01:02:07]

We're going to walk out of here and he's going to turn the audio recording equipment back on and he's going to come in here and make his rap in there.

[01:02:13]

Jordan, I approve. You should do it.

[01:02:15]

Okay, well, this is like, Drake and Kendrick have not been friends since 2013. Or they've just been just throwing each other under the bus, not liking each other, disrespectful comments.

[01:02:27]

Is there a specific reason why they've not liked each other? History.

[01:02:30]

I mean, the topic is MCs in the game. I feel like they're all trying to compete for the top of the throw.

[01:02:36]

No, I understand that. I just didn't know if there was a specific situation that made the two not like each other's show in 2013.

[01:02:42]

I think it's probably like behind the raps beef, maybe.

[01:02:46]

I mean, they talk about it in the songs that they diss each other in. Got it. Okay. All right. Continue. I would say that right now, what's currently happening, you can say probably started in March, March 22nd. But really, this was between Drake, Kendrick, and J. Cole, who are known as the Big Three.

[01:03:08]

Oh, is that why Kendrick has the... f*ck the Big Three.

[01:03:12]

It's just Big Me. It's just Big Me.

[01:03:15]

All right.

[01:03:16]

f*ck them all. It's making sense now.

[01:03:19]

He's ready to come clean. He's ready to talk sh*t. J.

[01:03:21]

Cole did not like that. Drake did not like that. J. Cole released a diss song first.Oh.

[01:03:29]

He started it.It.

[01:03:29]

Was the Yeah, but just a quick line like, Hey, Kendrick, what's with that?

[01:03:34]

Okay. Dip this toe in a little bit. See what happens.

[01:03:38]

In his J. Cole way, he just, Hey, what's going on?

[01:03:41]

It was friendly fire.

[01:03:42]

Next day, Apologize deletes the song.

[01:03:46]

That's us. That's me with the two songs.

[01:03:49]

Sorry.

[01:03:52]

I can't f*cking do that.

[01:03:54]

Nothing triggered him to delete it? Was it the response from fans or did someone on his team go, You don't know what you're about to get into.

[01:04:01]

Apparently, someone on his team told him that he doesn't know what he's about to get into. At one concert, he sat, crossed his legs and said, Hey, guys, I just want to address you all. That's not me. What I did yesterday is out of character.

[01:04:17]

Jay Cole is pretty easygoing. He's a more peaceful guy than anything.

[01:04:22]

What happened to his career after that?

[01:04:24]

He wants to be in both places, I think. He wants to be the chill family rapper. Okay. After that, we go on to April 13th, Drake.

[01:04:41]

I love how you have dates.

[01:04:44]

I have a timeline in front of me, but Drake releases the song Push Ups. Push Ups was Drake's just, I'm going after everyone. f*ck you, J. Cole. f*ck you, Kendrick. Everyone, he's just dissing every rapper he can.Metro. Is mentioned in that.Metro Booming.

[01:05:02]

Yeah, Metro, stick to hit in drums, Metro.Metro Station.Metro PCS.

[01:05:08]

Just getting on everyone. There are people, depending on who you want to be on, the weekend. Right now, it's dividing. Are you team Drake? Who has a bunch of... It's almost like Marvel versus DC.

[01:05:21]

I get it now. I get it now. You definitely got to do.

[01:05:23]

Drake and the Kendrick. Whose time-It's tough. Who are you standing behind?

[01:05:28]

Who Who do I think is more talented or who do I like more?

[01:05:33]

I like Kendrick Lamar more. I like his music more.

[01:05:35]

I think he's more talented as an emcee, but I like Drake more.

[01:05:39]

Drake gets the masses.

[01:05:40]

Do you like double entendras?

[01:05:42]

Then your team Kendrick.

[01:05:44]

Then your team Kendrick.

[01:05:44]

I like double entendras.

[01:05:46]

I like empanadas. I love entendras.

[01:05:50]

Drake then releases a AI freestyle using Tupac and Snoop Dogg dissing Kendrick Lamar. Damn. Okay. This is where it got very personal for Kendrick. And Kendrick… Yeah, Drake actually deleted the song. And the reason they think he deleted the song is because they think Kendrick told Tupac's lawyers that Drake is misusing Tupac and for you to go after his song, which we know that because Drake talks about it in a song. Okay. This is really where Kendrick, this Empire Strikes Back, Kendrick makes his big diss that the entire song is about Drake, from the beginning to the end. It is called Euphoria. It's like,. Euphoria.

[01:06:45]

That's how it starts. Got it.

[01:06:46]

It's a fire diss track.

[01:06:48]

It is crazy.

[01:06:50]

Are we insulting his character? Can we pull up the lyrics? Can we pull up the lyrics?

[01:06:53]

We cannot read the lyrics. But we can explain the lyrics.

[01:06:57]

I can tell you what, euphoria is very much about, Kendrick, I'm a father. I'm a family man. Look at you, Drake. It's very much, you're not the father who stood up. You're the father who's still sitting. You have a problem. You have problems.

[01:07:13]

Drake is saying this to Kendrick or Kendrick saying this to- Kendrick is saying this to Drake.

[01:07:15]

Okay. Kendrick really standing up for his family. Shoo, shoo, shoo, B-B-B-B-B- Drake was hiding a son for a long time. We're getting into that. That's April 30th. That is the day George Washington was inaugurated as our president. Here's the first president of the United States.

[01:07:42]

Coincidental. They don't want you to know that.

[01:07:44]

I don't know. You guys, think of that when you will.

[01:07:47]

Then on May third, Kendrick drops My birthday 6:16 in LA. That's the name of the song.

[01:07:55]

I think this has something connected to you.

[01:07:57]

It lined up with me perfectly. But But this was Drake. I mean, this was going after Drake's record label. Everyone inside there, Ghostwriters, very tired of that. Let's see.

[01:08:10]

I do think a lot of Drake's stuff is Ghostwritten.

[01:08:12]

Yes, I do think so, too. But the responses of how they are being made and how quickly they are. This goes out. This song is more about Drake's plant in the industry. He doesn't like Drake's father, stuff like that. It keeps going. Drake releases Family Matters, just an attack on Kendrick's life. He is talking about that Kendrick is an abuser, perhaps.Okay.We don't know. Talks about infidelity. It thinks Kendrick's wife has possibly had an affair and that the kid is not his. Heavy allegations.Family matters.Extreme allegations. Kendrick Lamar responds to this, which this one, I think, is what sent the ripples through this room, and the reason we're talking about this is Meet the Gram. Meet the Grams is Kendrick addressing Drake's child. The song starts off by addressing Adonis. Listen, Adonis, and then has just a complete, double entendras, constantly just releasing it on one day hoping that Drake's son will listen to this.Oh.

[01:09:31]

My God.Oh, my God. Dear Adonis is the opening.Deer Adonis.Deer Adonis.Deer.

[01:09:34]

Adonis.deer Adonis.Wow.It gets very dark.Oh, my God.Very aggressive. It is extremely cutthroat, very aggressive. It's like shooting someone with words, what it feels like. It's like gunshots. Every word is a gunshot, basically. Every stanza that he writes from the beginning to the end of the song is an attack. This is the song where he mentions Drake's fake daughter. Sorry, we don't know if it's fake, but right now, Drake's daughter. Allegedly. Alleged daughter. Drake's alleged daughter and has just a whole… It really pushes this predator push on Drake that he's a diddler because I know we can't… I'm just going to say the word diddler because I don't think you guys can say the other word.

[01:10:24]

Yeah, we'll cut it.

[01:10:26]

Wow. Are they putting all of this stuff on Spotify? Or are they releasing these on different other platforms? Or is this just get full published songs? I think you're a lot of posts, whatever you want.

[01:10:37]

I've been listening to them on YouTube, so I can't say, but I'm pretty sure you can shake your ass to get the.

[01:10:45]

Got it. This is the latest.

[01:10:48]

This is the most recent one. This is not even the latest.

[01:10:51]

No. Oh, really? We're at the halfway now. Oh, wow. I mean, Dirk's bodyguard hasn't got shot.Oh.

[01:10:56]

My God.Yeah, sorry.

[01:10:58]

What's the one where Kendrick called him a diddler literally in the song. Is it that one? It's this one. This is the one that people are dancing to.

[01:11:09]

I don't think people are dancing to it. It's not me to guess.

[01:11:12]

They're being very entertained by it.

[01:11:14]

This doesn't sound like something that's going to end good.

[01:11:16]

I think they might be dancing to maybe not like us. Anyways, without even less than 24 hours, Kendrick releases another song, which I think is the one people are all dancing to and just completely doubles down on everything he just said in the last song. These are seven minute songs. They're very long and the entire time just coming at them. Then on Cinco de Mayo, that is when we get the $10,000 offer from the rap community and Metro. Thank you for dropping the beats so that we can all try to release our Drake diss track. He contributed to so many Drake diss tracks because it's a sweepstakes. It's a Danimal sweepstakes. This is so crazy. Okay. Then this is where we're A big one of where we're at is, Drake releases a song called The Heart Part 6, which Kendrick Lamars has a series of his songs The Heart. His last song was The Heart Part 5. So Drake took that title.

[01:12:29]

Yeah, adding Wow.

[01:12:30]

Okay. Steels the song. Takes the narrative. Then the entire song is about Drake saying it's completely on the defense because Kendrick leaves two songs just throwing allegations, throwing things. So backs up, takes a defensive look at things, and he says that he planted someone in Kendrick's community that was feeding Kendrick false information, says, That's why you put my fake daughter in your That's why you're putting these drugs in your rap. I can name them all for you. I bet you're about to call me an Epstein or something, and whatever.

[01:13:09]

So, Drake said he planted somebody to make up all these... Yes. But why would you plant somebody to write?

[01:13:14]

Exactly. That's what the community- Kendrick.

[01:13:17]

I got some really great sh*t on Drake.

[01:13:20]

Just get me up in the studio.

[01:13:22]

Oh, and this? Yeah, write that down.

[01:13:24]

Call him a pedo. Sure. That seems like he's trying to save face.

[01:13:28]

You would have to look back at all all the lyrics because it gets a little crazy. But Drake is like, he really does mention that he hired someone that gave information to Kendrick. Kendrick just bought it. Then the way Kendrick writes it in the song is like, even your friends are turning on you. Even your crew is against you. They don't even like you either. It makes it seem…

[01:13:55]

Who's that? Are you on, Jordan?

[01:13:57]

You guys are putting me on the spot, but I think I'm going to It has to be on country side. Okay. The allegations that they're both going for, I would say, Dorex is a little crazy. They're pushing him far down. After this song gets released, no song gets released, Gunshots, found at Drake's mansion in Toronto. His bodyguard is seriously injured.

[01:14:20]

On property.

[01:14:21]

His bodyguard got shot at his house.

[01:14:23]

Outside in the driveway, outside the gate?

[01:14:26]

On the property.Driveby or?Driveby shooting.Wow.Yeah. Dead.

[01:14:31]

He's not dead. He's seriously injured, which will bring us to the next is the rap beef. I mean, think about it. It just lets us someone getting shot, possibly.

[01:14:43]

Or is this also... Do I don't think if this shooting did happen, also, is this also fueled fans, crazy-ass fans?

[01:14:49]

I was just about to say it because everybody knows about this.

[01:14:51]

Who are delusional and want to participate and feel like they're going to...

[01:14:55]

Cause some drama because of it. I could see that happening, too.

[01:14:58]

I really don't see being like, Go send someone to shoot his bodyguard.

[01:15:03]

Yeah, especially right now is just way too on the nose.

[01:15:09]

It's a nice house. Then that's why there was a police raid, but there were a huge investigation on his property yesterday.

[01:15:17]

It's the same house that Kendrick put on his album art for the diss track.

[01:15:21]

Oh, wow. Kendrick mentioned Toronto all the time. He apparently hates Canadians. Who doesn't? But it just comes…

[01:15:35]

Sorry to our Canadian followers.

[01:15:39]

It's like 5%. We still love you. Hey.

[01:15:41]

I think that's pretty much the summary. Wow. It's like, what we're witnessing is probably a lot of what the rap community-Tupac Biggie.

[01:15:50]

Yes.

[01:15:51]

We're getting a glimpse of that life. Like the Eazy E documentary that came out or that movie, Documil movie. We're getting a glimpse I love that happening in front of us. Like, current time. The violent, the culture, the lyrics, the double entendras.

[01:16:08]

He loves that sh*t. I do.

[01:16:09]

I mean, today is what? Today is June, May eighth. May eighth. Today's May eighth. This is the latest we've heard. Jordan was nice enough to gather this information to share it.

[01:16:21]

Hopefully, they find peace.

[01:16:22]

I hope they figure this out.

[01:16:25]

This is crazy. I don't know. If somebody's getting shot, maybe they need to just squash it. But People are getting hurt now.

[01:16:31]

Let's end it.

[01:16:33]

I mean, especially for Kendrick, if he's like, f*ck, who the f*ck shot his security guard? I didn't feel like it was going to go that far.

[01:16:39]

I'm sure he has to say something, right? After a situation like that, he has to come on and say something.

[01:16:43]

His team has to be like, We need to stop doing these disreacts back and forth because someone's then going to do tit for tat on this. Exactly.

[01:16:49]

We hope that the bodyguard recovers and that he didn't deserve anything in this. He was doing his job. He was just doing his job. But being a bodyguard of a rapper This is your job now.

[01:17:01]

They're like the secret service.

[01:17:03]

Kind of.Thank.

[01:17:05]

You, guys.Thank.

[01:17:06]
